Laurent Louyer & creatmosphere

The V was conceived and planted in 1887 by local people to commemorate Queen Victoria's golden jubilee.  The proposed transformation promises to be one of the most ambitious and enchanting light installations ever staged in the UK.

Illuminating the V is a significant challenge and the results will be breathtaking.  The scale and beauty of The V Light Project is set to capture the public imagination.  High profile individuals will attend its inauguration and media coverage will be generated.

The installation will be curated by Laurent Louyer of lighting studio Creatmosphere.  Laurent's work focuses on the exploration of light and its interplay with art, architecture and space.  In 2010 he lit Brighton's West Pier with a striking laser installation.

At the core of Laurent's work is consideration for the environment. His primary intentions are to inform, communicate and educate.  Laurent recently illuminated the Capability Brown landscape and Grade I listed architecture of Compton Verney in Warwickshire.
